1. Hydraulic coil car 

The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel rolls to the un-coiler.

It is driven vertically by hydraulic pressure and the level movement is driven by electromotor .

2. Hydraulic decoiler

Function:de-coil the coil material and make the material do into the next machine;

including press coil device and supporting base

3. Leveller(guide and pinch device and shovel plate)

It makes uneven steels even and guides them to the right following process

It is composed of 17 working rollers, driving device, 2 pinch code rollers, 2 groups of supporting rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by needle pins. 

4. Looper

It adopts 2 phrase of electric eyes to control the speed buffer between straightener and length control device.

5. Servo precise straightening machine

It is controlled by servo electromotor and used to regulate for high speed feed and precise length control. 

6. Shearing machine

shear model: cut from up to down hydraulically.

Cooperate with the signal directly from the feeder and shear automatically

7. Transport table

Transportation belt is skid proof and wearable

Drive: cooperate with the line speed and is transmitted by 2.2KW frequency control motor

8. Hydraulic lifting table

Hydraulic pressure controls the lifting

flexible:the output plates’ length up to 3000mm and the width range from 1000mm to 1250mm

9. Pneumatic stacker device

The plates are piled Pneumatically and PLC controls the lifting.

three 0.75kw motors drag to adjust the width and  the length.
